Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: We do not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee
Pets in bed(s): $125 per bed to replace linens
Pet Fee: $25/per day- must have prior host approval
Extra Guests: $15 per person. This helps keep clean fee down for smaller groups but add'l helps with the extra time/money for more laundry and bed making. Be honest up front rather than being found out later. Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
