Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.
All sheets and duvet covers are laundered between guest stays. Smoke and CO detectors as well as fire extinguisher gauges are checked for functionality.

*Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.

*Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
