Cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage located on Crystal Lake, Michigan in Montcalm County, (this is NOT the Frankfort Crystal Lake). Lake access is across the street with a private dock. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with one full-size bed, two twin-size beds, and a futon that folds out into a full-size bed. The cottage offers a concrete patio and table, and a yard for summertime activities. Crystal Lake has a public beach a few minutes away from the cottage, a movie theater, and a roller rink. Conveniently located close to Grocery Store, Dollar General, Pizza Place, and Gas Station. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $70.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
